1stFUNDRAISER of UNITED INDEPENDENT PANAFRIKAN NGO’s
BEULAH Foundation is about to start her Legal Aid Office and has joined forces with other NGO’s from the region to start a fundraiser. Aruba is the first Dutch Caribbean Island within the Dutch Kingdom that received autonomy (Status Aparte) in 1986. Yet it is the last country within the Dutch Kingdom when it comes to guaranteeing Democracy is served, because it does not have a High Office of Ombudsman. A crucial and powerful fundamental structure in a democracy that checks whether the Government and its public servants comply with Good Governance and do not abuse their power towards the citizens. The BEULAH Foundation is in the process of starting a Legal Aid service to fill in the void that past Governments have consciously left open. Part of the Legal Aid office services, will be to offer free legal advice, writing appeal letters and mediation.
The BEULAH Foundation is happy to announce that we have teamed up with the Pan Afrikan Fredderick Douglas Marcus Garvey Foundation from Philadelphia, founded by the world-renowned Dr. Umar Ifatunde Johnson, since 2022 and are organizing a series of lectures to bring awareness about the structures and powers we need as African people to succeed.
